Sodium Tripolyphosphate is a white crystalline powder or Granular sold with chemical synthesis, it is very easily soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol, with a Sodium content of 85% minimum. It is mainly used in the food industry as an emulsifier and water retention agent in the meat process.
